La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Owasso

My husband and I stayed for New Year's Eve for our 25th anniversary. The level of customer service and attention to detail at check in by Melissa was extraordinary and made our stay. The hotel is in a good area, very well kept, clean and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was well stocked and consisted of all the standard cold foods plus scrambled eggs, sausage, hot biscuits and white gravy. There are both regular and mini waffle options. Multiple coffee options were available in the lobby the entire stay. The pool area and gym are well taken care of. Our 3rd floor room had a pleasantly fresh smell and everything was cleaned perfectly. Every piece of furniture was in good condition and had an abundance of plugs built in for any device. Bath products provided were Dove, and the towels were large and great quality. The only negative I came across was the king bed is very firm which was painful for me, but it wasn't an issue for my husband. Otherwise, the entire stay from check in to check out was excellent. We will happily be returning to this property every time we are in the Tulsa area.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted by friendly staff. They also provide a stuffed animal for each kid that is staying at the hotel. The most memorable staff member there is Melissa. Melissa's exceptional customer service, setting the tone for a remarkable stay. She made sure to connect and get to know not only me but other guests there. You didn't feel like just another person staying at another hotel but someone she truly cared for that was staying at her house. Melissa's attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel welcomed and valued guests throughout our time at the hotel. Her dedication to ensuring our needs were met exceeded our expectations, and her professionalism truly stood out. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner we explored, from the lobby to our room, reflected a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. It was evident that the staff takes pride in upholding a pristine environment for guests. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The variety of options catered to different tastes, and the freshness of the ingredients was evident. It was a great way to start each day of our stay. One of the highlights of the hotel was its updated and modern styling. The aesthetic appeal was evident in every aspect of the decor, from the furnishings to the overall design. It provided a refreshing ambiance that enhanced our overall experience. Overall, our stay at La Quinta-Owasso exceeded our expectations. Melissa's and other staff members and their exceptional customer service with up-leveled care, combined with the cleanliness of the hotel and its modern styling, made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Overall this was a great one night stay for our family. The common area/lobby was very good. Pool was warmer than most other motels we’ve stayed at during cooler months. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good. Only draw back I might have - in comparison to other motels we’ve stayed at - their breakfast was lacking in selection and overall taste of what we ate. The price was a bit steep in my opinion, but overall a great motel choice.

Loved this place. Very clean. Breakfast was a normal LaQuinta breakfast. They didn’t have potatoes when I was there. They did have biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt… no fruit. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was very nice and perfect for visiting. They had a quiet birthday party at the time I arrived. I didn’t see all the pool or workout room but what I saw from the door looked nice. The area around the hotel seemed safe and is close to lots of stores. The bed and pillows were not super comfortable but everything was very clean and I will stay there again when I come back visiting family.
